KUNDALINI YOGA

kundalini (ku̇n-də-ˈlē-nē) n.
1. The biological basis of all forms of spiritual experience, religion, genius, and higher consciousness.
2. The evolutionary energy residing in the human body.

Kundalini Yoga is called the Yoga of Awareness.

It is a dynamic, powerful tool that is designed to give you an experience of your soul. You can not stay the same when you practice Kundalini Yoga.

In Kundalini we harness the mental, physical, and nervous energies of the body and put them under the domain of the will, which is the instrument of the soul. This practice precisely and consciously combines breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, body locks, and postures to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity, and purifies  the blood.   

Kundalini begins to awaken the energy of our consciousness. We practice in a way that sheds light on our self-imposed limitations and invites us to think outside of the box. It brings balance to the body, mind, and soul and we begin to live from our intuitive mind.
