Kundalini Yoga is the ancient practice of applying movement, sound vibration, breath, and meditation to relax and heal the mind, body, and soul.
The body’s vital force is allowed to flow freely by the effect of Kundalini energy opening pathways between the mind and body to invoke feelings of well-being and happiness.
Kundalini yoga classes with Chris begin and end with a beautiful and ancient chant to calm the heart and proceeds through a carefully planned sequence of movements, breath work, and meditation.
A 20 minute Gong Meditation will completely integrate the practice in Shavasana.
